Affiliate Agreement

This Agreement governs the Remote Wellness Now Affiliate Program. By applying to the program, or by sharing a Remote Wellness Now referral link, you accept these terms. "We" and "us" means Remote Wellness Now, operated by Las Vegas Holistic Collective. "You" means the approved affiliate.

1. Joining the program

Anyone may apply through the form on our Affiliate Program page. We review every application personally and approve at our discretion. If approved, we email you a personal referral link. Only that link earns commission; links or codes you create yourself are not tracked. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate contact and payout details.

2. Commission

You earn a commission of 25% of each membership payment made by an active member of the Remote EES Wellness Program who joined through your referral link, for as long as that membership remains active. The commission is recurring: it applies to the member's first payment and to each renewal payment while the membership stays active. Commission is calculated on the membership price actually paid, excluding any taxes and fees. One-on-One Sessions, donations to the Sponsorship Program, and any other purchases are not commissionable unless we say otherwise in writing.

3. When commission is earned (guarantee period)

The Monthly plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, so commission on a referred Monthly membership is not earned until the member continues past it. In plain terms: commission on a Monthly plan referral becomes payable only after the member makes their second monthly payment. If the member requests a refund under the guarantee, no commission is owed on that membership and any provisionally accrued commission is reversed.

The 6-Month and 12-Month prepaid plans are not covered by the money-back guarantee, so commission on those referrals is earned once the payment clears and is included in the next monthly payout run. If any payment is later refunded, charged back, or reversed for any reason, the matching commission is reversed as well; we may deduct it from future payouts.

4. Payouts

Earned commissions are paid monthly by direct deposit (ACH) to the account you provide. Each monthly run covers commissions that became payable since the previous run. You are responsible for keeping your payout details current and for any taxes on your commissions; you are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent, or partner, and where required we will issue tax documentation such as IRS Form 1099.

5. Honest promotion

The program exists so people can share something that has helped them, honestly. You agree to: share your own experience truthfully and never invent results; make no medical claims of any kind, including claims that our services diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, consistent with our Health Disclaimer; promise no specific outcomes and no income; clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when required by law, including the FTC's endorsement rules; and never use spam, misleading advertising, or impersonation of Remote Wellness Now or Dr. Stella. Do not run paid ads on our brand name or represent your pages as ours without written permission.

6. Ending or changing the program

Either of us may end your participation at any time, with or without cause. Commissions already earned as of the end date are paid in the normal monthly run. We may withhold or reverse commissions obtained through violation of this Agreement, self-referral, or fraud, and in serious cases may remove you from the program without payment of unearned amounts. We may update this Agreement from time to time; material changes will be notified by email, and continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
