Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum we need to hold your place in the field, and nothing we don't.
1. What we collect
When you join or book, we collect the name, email address, and mobile phone number of the buyer and each enrolled member, your selected plan, and, when you sign the Disclaimer & Consent Agreement, your signature, the agreement version, timestamp, IP address, and browser details. When you contact us, we keep your message. We do not collect medical intake information at checkout, and payments are processed directly by Stripe: your card details never touch our servers.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to deliver the services you purchased: connecting your membership, sending the daily intention SMS and program emails, inviting you to the member community, processing billing and renewal reminders, honoring cancellations, and responding when you write to us. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use invasive tracking. Our only analytics is privacy-respecting, cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics.
3. Who processes it for us
We use a small set of processors, each receiving only what they need: Stripe (payments and subscription billing), GoHighLevel (email/SMS delivery and contact management), Cloudflare (site hosting, security, and storage of signed agreements), and WhatsApp (the member community you choose to join). Each operates under its own privacy policy and our instructions.
4. SMS specifics
Daily texts are sent only with your explicit opt-in at checkout (or the opt-in of each member you enroll, confirmed in their welcome message). Reply STOP at any time to stop texts; message and data rates may apply. We never use your number for third-party marketing.
5. Retention
We keep membership records while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Signed Disclaimer & Consent Agreements are retained as long as legally prudent, since they are records of consent. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see below); we will honor it except where retention is legally required.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or object to a use of it, by contacting us. Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK and California), you may have additional statutory rights, which we will honor.
7. Security
Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Signed agreements are stored in access-controlled storage. Secrets and API credentials are held in server-side environment configuration, never in the website's code.
8. Children
Our services are purchased by adults. A minor may only be enrolled by their parent or legal guardian, who signs the consent agreement on their behalf.
