1. Who we are
Remote Wellness Now ("we," "us") provides remote energy wellness services founded by Dr. David Stella, DC: the Remote EES Wellness Program (a subscription membership) and Remote One-on-One Energy Work Sessions. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer & Consent Agreement.
2. The services
The Remote EES Wellness Program includes remote connection to the 32-unit EESystem, daily or as needed, a daily SMS reminder, and access to a private member community with weekly check-ins and periodic video updates. One-on-One Sessions are private, 60-minute phone sessions with Dr. Stella. All services are for wellness, relaxation, and educational purposes only, as described in our Health Disclaimer.
3. Pricing, billing & auto-renewal
Program plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed in USD: $185 every month, $888 every 6 months, or $1,776 every 12 months, multiplied by the number of members enrolled in your purchase. Each plan renews automatically at the stated amount and interval until canceled. One-on-One Sessions are $325 per session, billed once at booking. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the secure billing portal linked in the site footer and in every receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. For 6- and 12-month plans, we send a renewal reminder approximately 15 days before each renewal charge.
5. Refunds & rescheduling
Subscription charges for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law; cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. One-on-One Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment; missed sessions without notice may be forfeited, though we make reasonable allowances for genuine emergencies.
6. Your account & accurate information
You agree to provide accurate name, email, and mobile details for yourself and anyone you enroll, and confirm you have permission to enroll them. You must be 18 or older to purchase; memberships for minors may only be purchased by a parent or legal guardian.
7. Acceptable use
The member community exists to be a kind, supportive space. We may remove any member whose conduct is abusive, unlawful, or harmful to others, with a pro-rated refund of any unused full months at our discretion.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, program materials, and communications are our intellectual property or used with permission, and are for your personal, non-commercial use.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability arising out of the services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or site notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
