Disclaimer & Consent Agreement
This is the agreement every member reviews and signs before beginning the Remote EES Wellness Program or a One-on-One Energy Work Session. Please read it carefully. It is written in plain language so it can be fully understood.
1. Nature of the services
Remote Wellness Now ("we," "us"), founded by Dr. David Stella, DC, provides remote energy wellness services, including remote connection to an Energy Enhancement System ("EESystem"), daily or as needed, and private one-on-one energy work sessions (together, the "Services").
The Services are offered strictly for wellness, relaxation, and educational purposes. They are not medical, psychological, or chiropractic diagnosis, treatment, or care, and no doctor–patient or clinician–client relationship is created by your participation, notwithstanding Dr. Stella's professional credentials.
2. Not medical advice; not a substitute for medical care
The Services do not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, illness, or medical condition. The Services and any statements made on this website or in program communications have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
The Services are not a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed physician or other healthcare provider. You agree that you will not delay seeking, discontinue, or alter any medical care, medication, or treatment because of your participation in the Services, and that you will consult your physician regarding any health concern and before making any change to your healthcare.
3. Individual experiences vary
Descriptions of benefits on our website and in our communications reflect what members report and experience. Testimonials are individual experiences, not promises. The research on scalar fields, the biofield, and intention is emerging, and we present it as such. Results vary, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.
4. Your responsibility
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or are enrolling a minor as their parent or legal guardian), and that you assume full responsibility for your own health decisions, including the decision to participate in the Services. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have any concern about participation, consult your physician first. You agree to release and hold harmless Remote Wellness Now, Dr. David Stella, and their affiliates from any claim arising from your voluntary participation in the Services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Enrolling others
If you purchase memberships for other people, you confirm you have their permission to share their name, email, and mobile number with us. Each enrolled member will receive their own copy of this Agreement to review and sign. If you enroll a minor in your care, you sign on their behalf as parent or legal guardian.
6. Auto-renewal acknowledgment
Program memberships are auto-renewing subscriptions: $185 every month (Monthly plan), $888 every 6 months (6-Month plan), or $1,776 every 12 months (12-Month plan), multiplied by the number of members enrolled in your purchase. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the secure billing portal linked in the site footer and in every receipt email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For 6- and 12-month plans, we send a renewal reminder approximately 15 days before each renewal charge.
7. SMS & communications consent
The daily intention reminder is delivered by SMS. By opting in at checkout, you consent to receive recurring daily wellness reminder texts and occasional program messages at the mobile number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: approximately one message per day. Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time, or HELP for help; stopping texts does not cancel your membership or its billing. We will also send you program emails (welcome, receipts, renewal reminders, community updates).
8. Record of your agreement
When you sign this Agreement, by drawing your signature or typing your name, we record your signature, name, the date and time (UTC), the version of this Agreement (shown at the top), and technical details of the submission (IP address and browser). This record is stored securely and attached to your membership so both of us always know exactly what was agreed and when.
