Join the Remote EESystem Wellness Program

1. Nature of the services

Remote Wellness Now, founded by Dr. David Stella, DC, provides remote energy wellness services, including remote connection to an Energy Enhancement System ("EESystem"), daily or as needed, and private one-on-one energy work sessions (together, the "Services"). The Services are offered strictly for wellness, relaxation, and educational purposes. They are not medical, psychological, or chiropractic diagnosis, treatment, or care, and no doctor–patient relationship is created by participation, notwithstanding Dr. Stella's professional credentials.

2. Not medical advice; not a substitute for medical care

The Services do not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, illness, or medical condition. The Services and statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The Services are not a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed physician. You agree not to delay, discontinue, or alter any medical care because of your participation, and to consult your physician regarding any health concern.

3. Individual experiences vary

Descriptions of benefits reflect what members report and experience. Testimonials are individual experiences, not promises. The research on scalar fields, the biofield, and intention is emerging, and is presented as such. Results vary, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

4. Your responsibility

You affirm you are at least 18 (or enrolling a minor as their parent or legal guardian), and assume full responsibility for your own health decisions, including the decision to participate. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have any concern, consult your physician first. You agree to release and hold harmless Remote Wellness Now, Dr. David Stella, and their affiliates from any claim arising from your voluntary participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Enrolling others

If you purchase memberships for other people, you confirm you have their permission to share their name, email, and mobile number. Each enrolled member receives their own copy of this Agreement to review and sign. Minors are signed for by their parent or legal guardian.

6. Auto-renewal acknowledgment

Memberships are auto-renewing subscriptions: $185 every month, $888 every 6 months, or $1,776 every 12 months, multiplied by the number of members in your purchase, renewing automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime via the secure billing portal linked in the site footer and in every receipt email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Renewal reminders are sent before each 6- and 12-month renewal.

7. SMS & communications consent

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring daily wellness reminder texts (approx. one per day) and occasional program messages at the mobile number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel texts anytime, or HELP for help; stopping texts does not cancel membership billing. Program emails (welcome, receipts, renewal reminders) will also be sent.

8. Record of your agreement

When you sign, we record your signature, name, date and time (UTC), this Agreement's version, and technical details of the submission (IP address and browser), stored securely and attached to the membership.
