Before you begin
What happens after I join?
You'll receive a welcome email with your orientation, an invitation to the WhatsApp community, and your first daily intention text arrives the following morning. Your connection to the field begins right away.
What time does the daily text arrive?
At 9:00 AM in your local timezone wherever supported, so it lands as a gentle start to the day rather than an interruption.
Do I have to respond to the text or do anything for a set time?
No. The text is a cue, not a task. Most members take one to five quiet minutes to set their intention and connect. The receiving continues as you go about your day.
How does billing work?
Plans renew automatically until you cancel: monthly at $185, every 6 months at $888, or every 12 months at $1,776. You can cancel or update your card anytime through the secure billing portal, and we send a reminder before every 6- and 12-month renewal.
Can I enroll someone who doesn't live with me?
Yes. Add them as a member at checkout with their own mobile number. They'll receive their own welcome, their own daily texts, and a link to review and sign the program agreement themselves.
Is this a substitute for medical care?
No. The program supports wellness and relaxation; it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Please continue working with your physician on any health concerns.
