What a session is like
The body communicates through multiple layers simultaneously: hormones and digestion, stress response and nervous system function, and the energy field that organizes all of it. When one layer goes quiet or chaotic, the signal shows up somewhere else.
In a private session, Dr. Stella works with your biofield directly. You settle somewhere comfortable and quiet; he connects with you by phone, listens to what has been moving in your life and your body, and then works, locating where the signal has gone quiet, and supporting your system's own return toward balance.
There is nothing to prepare and nothing to perform. Your part is to be present and willing to receive.

- Afterwards: many people sleep deeply that night; give yourself a gentle evening
